The Xsite experience is a great way to kick off a meeting: it is fun, inspirational and energizing. When your people walk into the room Team Ascent’s facilitators engage them immediately in fun mixers and activities. Xsite experiences promote interaction, relaxation and laughter through guests telling stories of their first days of work and their ambitions. Together we reignite the ambition and optimism of what work could be.

The message: thinking young: being playful, making the customers day, not taking ourselves to seriously, and laughter. Xsite is a 1-11/2 hour long program or it can be customized to include Team Ascents’ Xsite Customer Service Program.
