Christy has been developing powerful groups for nearly twenty years. Her professional and compassionate style has been the catalyst for change in diverse client groups from a wide range of environments, including; manufacturing, medical, retail, banking, college and school faculties, law enforcement service corporations, and traditional businesses.
While establishing her successful consulting practice, Team Ascent Consulting in 1998, she has earned the respect of clients such as Ford, Proctor and Gamble, Lexis-Nexis, Anthem, First Star Bank, Alcoa Engineering, Girl Scouts and the Cincinnati Police Department.
She feels honored to work as a facilitator and trainer for Venture Out! Corporate Training at Joy Outdoor Center, Mobile Team Challenge, and the Sasha Corporation, as well as serving on the faculty at Earlham College.
Christy has an undergraduate degree from Indiana University, and a Masters of Education in Human Recourse Development from Xavier University.

Patrick has 10 years of experience in youth and adult leadership development and training. With a professional background in higher education and as a director of programs for children with special needs, he has worked with a wide variety of professional and volunteer leaders developing strategies and practices towards specific organizational goals and outcomes. Patrick graduated from Bowling Green State University and earned Master of Arts degrees in College Student Personnel and Counseling as well as a B.A.C in Interpersonal and Public Communication.

Jay has worked with teams and organizations intensively since 1993. He was a certified trainer for both Starbucks Coffee Company and the University of Virginia's Office of Organizational Development and Training. Jay has worked as a facilitator for a variety of organizations including Learning Forum, Resonance, Inc., and the POWER program. He has served as a board member for the Blue Ridge chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). Additionally, Jay has worked with teams from American Express, Fannie Mae, the Federal Executive Institute, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, among others. He is currently a member of the teaching faculty of Earlham College.
