 This straight forward approach is a service for in-tack work teams who are struggling in some way. A skilled Team Ascent consultant will come to your work site and complete a series of assessments, interviews and group activities that provide a clear picture of your strengths and growth opportunities. It is not about placing blame but taking a systematic approach to finding the issues and strengthening them. The plan for improvement may take many forms depending on the situation. We offer an ideal process which usually includes weekly or biweekly coaching sessions with the group.
Weekly for 4-12 weeks.
